Go to Inventory > Wholesalers.
In the top right-hand corner, select Create wholesaler. The Create wholesaler dialogue opens.
Select Email or Integration as Ordering method. If you want to use a wholesaler integration, select the wholesaler you want to add from the drop-down list (see the image below). The available wholesalers are country-specific. If you cannot find a specific wholesaler from the list that you wish to use, contact Provet support.
Fill in the required information. The information needed for different wholesalers may differ. Customer number is provided by the wholesaler. For more information about specific wholesalers, see the list of our integrated wholesalers.
If you have multiple clinic locations and want to set up the same wholesaler but with a different address/billing address etc., select the Set specifically for clinic location checkbox. The wholesaler is then added to your Provet only once, but you must open it from every clinic location, select this checkbox, and add, for example, a unique customer number.
Select Create wholesaler.
Note
If you use both email and electronic ordering for the same wholesaler, add the wholesaler twice and make sure that the wholesaler names for electronic and email ordering are unique to avoid confusion when ordering (for example, 'NVS' and 'NVS-email').
