Below is a list wholesalers that can be integrated with Provet. Some of these wholesalers need to be set up by Provet. If you need help with setting up wholesalers, contact Provet or your implementation specialist.
In addition to integrated wholesalers, you can also download the price lists from some wholesalers to Provet. These wholesalers are not directly connected to Provet.
Note that all of your wholesalers, integrated and not, are listed in the same place in Inventory > Wholesalers.
Note that wholesalers are country-specific. If you are missing a wholesaler in your Provet, contact Provet support.
Integrated Wholesalers
Denmark
Nomeco
This integration supports downloading product catalogs, but does not include batch collection.
For customer number, contact the pharmacy your clinic does business with. Nomeco does not do business directly with clinics but only through pharmacies.
Orders must be placed manually to the pharmacy.
Vetpharm
Contact VetPharm for wholesaler integration credentials.
For VetPharm, the customer number is the practice account number. Add the practice account number in the user name section when adding Vetpharm as a wholesaler to your Provet.
ViNordic
Price import integration only.
For customer user name, add your Provet ID number with the clinic location ID as a suffix (for example, 1234_1). If your clinic just has one location, you do not need to add the location ID.
When adding this wholesaler, use the customer user name also as customer number.
Finland

Royal Canin
Contact Royal Canin support for credentials. You must be a partner to Royal Canin to use the integration, For more information, contact Royal Canin.
Portugal

Contact Nuzoa directly for credentials (username and password).
For customer number, use your Provet ID with the clinic location ID as a suffix (for example, 1234_1).

United Kingdom and Northern Ireland
VSSCO
Contact VSSCO/Allsop directly for credentials.
NVS
No password needed. If you want to use NVS batch download, contact NVS to enable batch tracking.
MWI
Request the required information for the integration from MWI and forward the information to your Provet support specialist.
Covetrus
Account number (for the 'User name' field) and password are provided by Covetrus.
The customer number is the delivery number which is also provided by Covetrus.
For Covetrus, an additional step is required in Provet Integrations > Covetrus integration settings.
