[en] Use the Clients & Patients View

[en] The Clients & Patients page includes an Extended search option that lets you filter patients based on the treatments they have received.

  1. [en] Go to Records > Clients &Patients.

  2. [en] Select the Extended search checkbox to view search options.

  3. [en] Use the following fields to filter the search:

    • [en] Filter by Item: Select a specific procedure item (which includes surgeries).

    • [en] Filter by Diagnosis: If the surgery is consistently linked to a specific diagnosis, you can filter the list using this field.

[en] Use the Item Sales Report

[en] The Item Sales Report can track the usage of specific procedures (items) and provide a list of patients who have had a surgery or procedure.

  1. [en] Go to Reports > Financial > Item sales.

  2. [en] Filter by Item to include only the relevant procedure or surgery.

  3. [en] Set other filters to narrow down your search as you would like it, for example, the time frame.

  4. [en] Select Generate report button.
