Enable the New Online Booking Portal for Your Clients

This article explains how to enable the new online booking portal and update your booking link.

Find Your Online Booking Portal URL

  1. Go to Settings > General > Clinic location > Online booking.

  2. Select the Preview online booking button (available when the online booking settings are not in the editing mode).

  3. On the Online booking preview page, you can select the Clinic location from the drop-down list, or select "-------" to use the same online booking portal for all clinic locations.

  4. Select the copy button next to the URL in the Option A field to copy the URL.

    Note that if the Option A field is empty, please reach out to support@provet.com.

  5. Go to your clinic website editor and replace the old URL with the new one, or share the new link with your clients.

Troubleshooting

If you have an issue where the URL field is empty, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings > General > Clinic location > Online booking.

  2. IMPORTANT: Disable and then re-enable online booking:

    1. Select the pen button next to Online booking settings.

    2. Uncheck the Enabled checkbox.

    3. Select Save.

    4. Select the pen button next to Online booking settings.

    5. Check the Enabled checkbox.

    6. Select Save.

  3. Select the Preview online booking button (available when the online booking settings are not in the editing mode).

  4. On the Online booking preview page, you can select the Clinic location from the drop-down list, or select "-------" to use the same online booking portal for all clinic locations.

  5. Select the copy button next to the URL in the Option A field to copy the URL.

  6. Go to your clinic website editor and replace the old URL with the new one, or share the new link with your clients.
