[en] If ProvetProvet Pay no longer appears as a payment option when processing a payment, it is usually because the onboarding and verification process requires additional information. Until the verification is complete, ProvetProvet Pay is temporarily unavailable as a payment method.

  1. [en] Go to Settings > General > Integrations > ProvetProvet Pay.

  2. [en] Open the ProvetProvet Pay management page.

  3. [en] On the Dashboard, check for any pending verification requests or notifications.

  4. [en] Select Continue process and provide the information or documents requested.

  5. [en] Once the verification is complete, ProvetProvet Pay will automatically be available again as a payment method.

  • [en] A new bank document is needed.

  • [en] The decision-maker information for your business has changed.

  • [en] Your business information has changed, such as the company name, address, or ownership.
