[en] You can export a list of your clients or patients using two methods in Provet:
[en] Exporting from Settings for a full list (up to 20,000 records)
[en] Exporting from the Clients & Patients page for larger or filtered lists
[en] Exporting from Settings
[en] To export a full list of your clients or patients:
[en] Go to Settings > Import & Export > Export.
[en] Under Health Models, select either Client (for clients) or Patient (for patients).
[en] Navigate to the bottom of the page and select Export selected data.
[en] The file is exported to your computer in .xlsx format.
Notat
[en] This function can only export the first 20,000 rows of the selected model. For larger lists or filtered exports, use the Clients & Patients page.
[en] Exporting from Clients & Patients Page
[en] You can also export client or patient lists from the Clients & Patients page (Records > Clients & Patients), which is recommended for lists larger than 20,000 records or for specific search results.
[en] Go to Records > Clients & Patients.
[en] Select Extended Search to filter clients and patients using various criteria.
[en] To export all clients and patients, type a space in the Client and patient name search field. This will display the full list in your search results.
[en] Select the Export button, located on the top right of the page above the search results. The search results will be exported as an .xlsx file and sent to your registered email address
[en] The Extended Search checkbox is located under the the Client and patient name search field on the Clients & Patients page.
