You can edit item prices in a consultation if your Provet settings permit it. You can adjust prices when adding an item or by selecting the edit button (pen symbol) on an already added item in the consultation view. Your clinic location settings determine price editing options.
Edit an Item Price in Consultation
When adding an item: Enter the desired price directly into the price field in the item dialogue that opens when adding a new item to a consultation.
After adding an item: Select the edit button (pen symbol) next to the item to modify its price. Change the price in the price field and save.
Settings Affecting Item Price Editing in Consultation
Your ability to edit item prices in a consultation is affected by clinic location settings. For example:
Clinic location settings > Allow editing consultation treatment item prices : must be active.
Clinic location settings > Enable minimum charge, prices and units: Minimum charges and prices may restrict how you can set the price.
Remember that you may need specific permissions to access or modify settings in Provet.
Alternative Prices
