Use text templates to insert saved text into clinical notes, discharge instructions, medicine instructions, client communications and other text fields in Provet. Text templates save time on text that you write often, and you can edit the text after you insert it.
Text Template Types
Provet has seven types of text templates. You select the type when you create a text template.
Clinical note: a clinical note or medical record entry made during a consultation. You can also enable a clinical note template for AI Scribe. See Create and Manage Text Templates.
Discharge note: discharge instructions given to a client at the end of a consultation.
Medicine instruction: medicine label instructions on using dispensed medicine.
Communications: messages to clients, such as emails.
Preliminary note: preliminary notes made in the check-in dialog when a consultation is booked.
Referral remark: laboratory remarks or referral notes available in the referral dialog.
Laboratory result report: a comment on laboratory results, entered in the laboratory referral.
