When tags have been added to clients, patients, and invoices, they are shown in multiple places in Provet.
On the Dashboard
On the dashboard, a blue tag icon is shown next to the client and patient name when tags have been added. When a tag has been added to the consultation invoice, a blue tag icon is shown in the Status column, and the invoice tag is also shown as a label below the tag icon.
You can view the tags by hovering over the tag icon.
In the Appointment Calendar and Appointment Details
Depending on the clinic location settings, client and patient tags may be shown in the appointment calendar slots and tooltips.
In the appointment details dialogue, client and patient tags are shown as labels.
On the Client and Patient Page and Consultation Page
On the client and patient page and the consultation page, client and patient tags are shown as labels.
Invoice Page and Lists
On the invoice page, invoice and client tags are shown as labels.
On the Records > Invoices page and on the Billing tab of client pages, invoice tags are shown in the Tags column.
View Where a Tag Has Been Used
To view which clients, patients, or invoices a particular tag has been used for, select the tag label anywhere it is available.
