You can create linked appointments if the feature has enabled in the clinic location settings.
Open the appointment you want to link with another appointment.
In the Appointment details dialogue, select Link to an appointment.
In the Link to appointment dialogue, find the appointment you want to link to and select Link to appointment.
Select Save.
