Before you start: This guide is for the ICP integration method only (IDEXX InterLink + the InterLink Cloud Plug-In). If you haven't set up or confirmed you're using ICP, this article doesn't apply to your issue — please confirm your integration method with Provet support first.
Check and try the following with your IDEXX VetLab Station integration:
Check that the 'Provet' device status is green on the IVLS home screen. Also, check if the InterLink program status is green on the computer (taskbar icon). If either status is not green, reinstalling the InterLink application may help. If the status is still not green after that, contact IDEXX support — the IVLS and its connected analyzers are IDEXX hardware and software.
Check that the IDEXX InterLink Cloud Plug-In (ICP) is running on the designated computer and that it is set up correctly. It should display the results in the appropriate window and have them as a file in its results folder. If you make a large number of laboratory requests, we recommend lowering the Archive Days setting. Archiving a large number of results may slow down the ICP, and some laboratory results may not return from the IDEXX to Provet. If results are not transferring, open the ICP, locate the relevant lab result or order, and use the Manual Send option to forward the result to Provet. If this fails, check for error messages indicating data issues.
Check that all devices have a proper internet connection and that the computers are in the same local area network.
Restart the computer and the IVLS.
If these steps do not reveal issues or solve the problem, contact Provet support.
