This article explains how to view and export information about clients and patients on health plans. You can view and export lists of health plan subscriptions and related payment information, and find out how many health plans have been sold over a specific period.
View a List of Clients and Patients on Health Plans
You can find a list of all clients and patients with active health plan subscriptions in the Health Plans view:
Go to Records > Health plans.
Filter for active health plan subscriptions.
To export this list to Excel for statistics or other required purposes, select the rows of interest, then select the Export/print button > List of selected rows. The list will export to an Excel spreadsheet.
Export Health Plan Payment Information
To view and export payment details for specific health plans:
Go to Records > Health plans.
Select the Payments tab at the top of the view.
Filter and mark the required rows and select the Export/print button > List of selected rows.
Track Health Plans Sold
To view a summary of health plans sold during a specific period, use the Item Sales report:
Go to Reporting > Reports > Item Sales.
In the Item filter, select the item configured as Item used for charging monthly payments in your health plan template. (See Create a Health Plan for more information.)
Set the date range and select Generate report.
The Quantity column shows the number of health plans sold in the selected period. For more information, see Generate an Item Sales Report.
