Yes, you can remove titles like 'Miss' from client profiles. Simply delete the title from the field on the client page and save your changes.
You can also control title visibility in your settings:
In Settings > Organization, you will find the Show client titles setting.
In Settings > Clinic location > Booking settings, use the Information shown on appointment calendar tooltips and Information shown on appointment calendar slots settings to control whether the owner title is shown in the appointment calendar.
