Provet Academy is a library of short courses inside Provet. The courses show you how to use Provet in your daily work. They are for both new and experienced staff.

From October 5, 2026, Provet Academy is only available inside Provet. It replaces the old Provet Academy website. To open Provet Academy, select Academy in the Help & Support menu in Provet.

All customers have access to Provet Academy, and the content is the same on every subscription plan.

For Enterprise customers, Provet Academy is available only if it is turned on for your organization. To turn it on, or to ask about SCORM exports to your own learning platform, contact your Customer Success Manager or Key Account Manager.

To access Provet Academy, you open it from the Help & Support menu in Provet. In the menu, Provet Academy is called Academy. You do not need a separate account or registration. Log in to Provet as usual.

To open Provet Academy:

Provet Academy has two tabs: Academy and Reporting. You take courses on the Academy tab.

At the top of the Academy tab, you see a short set of courses about what is new in Provet, and which course to take next. To start a course, select Open full course. If you leave a course before you finish it, Provet Academy opens it where you stopped.

To find other courses, open All courses. Courses are organized into categories. To find a specific course, use the search bar.

In the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada, Provet Academy also recommends learning paths for different roles in the clinic. More markets will be added later. When a new colleague starts, use the learning paths to help the new colleague learn the parts of Provet they use every day.

On the Reporting tab in Provet Academy, you see each course with the number of learners and the completion rate. To download the report, select Export.

A learner is marked as stalled if the learner started a course but has had no activity in it for more than a week.

Only users with the right permissions, such as managers and clinic administrators, can see the Reporting tab in Provet Academy. To check or change user permissions, see View and Manage User Permissions. If your organization has several clinic locations and clinic location groups are set up, you can filter the report by clinic location.

Can I still use the old Provet Academy website?

You can use the old Provet Academy website until October 5, 2026. After that date, the old website closes. Open Provet Academy from the Help & Support menu in Provet instead.

Is my course history from the old Provet Academy website included?

No. Provet Academy inside Provet starts with a new course history. To get a report of the courses you completed on the old website, email academy@provet.info before October 5, 2026. After that date, reports from the old website are no longer available.
