Availability and Subscription Plans
All customers receive a standard access to Provet Academy, with additional training for advanced features available depending on your plan:
Standard Access: Includes core onboarding and self-guided materials.
Pro and Enterprise Plans: Includes additional training for advanced features.
Training content is automatically updated in your Academy account as you gain access to new Provet tools. For more information on plan-specific features, see the 2026 Provet Pricing and Plan Changes FAQ.
How to Access Your Account
To begin training, you must have an active Provet Academy account. If you do not have an account or are unsure of your login status, please contact your Implementation Specialist or reach out to Provet support.
To activate your account:
Check your email: You will receive an invitation email to join the platform.
If you do not open the initial invitation, a reminder email will be sent automatically after three days. Use the link provided in the reminder email to access the platform.
Register: Fill out the registration form and select your specific market/region.
Log in: If you already have an account, go directly to the login page. academy.provetcloud.com/login.
Managing Your Profile Information
Your personal academy profile includes the details you provided during registration. When logged in to Provet Academy, access your user details by selecting the user profile icon in the top right-hand corner.
You can update the following information at any time:
Name and Provet ID: Update your name and Provet ID within your profile settings. Your Provet ID is a four-digit number found in the Provet URL when you are logged in to the system.
Country or Region: Select a new option from the drop-down menu to change your location. If you have already started training, those courses will remain visible on your homepage after you switch locations.
Notification Settings: Notifications are enabled by default; keep them on to ensure you receive reminders for assigned or enrolled training.
Profile Picture: Upload or change your profile picture within the settings menu.
Managing Your Learning
Your access to Provet Academy typically begins once your clinic’s implementation starts. During this time, you can revisit modules as often as needed to reinforce your knowledge.
Staff Training: Intended for daily users to learn core workflows like scheduling, consultations, and billing.
Admin Training: Advanced training for those managing system settings and clinic configurations.
Refresher Training: Intended for existing staff wanting to stay updated on the latest Provet features.
Note
The training modules have been renamed: 'Essential' is now 'Staff training' and 'Superuser' is now 'Admin training'.

Why can I not log in after resetting my password?
Ensure you are using the exact email address your manager used to register you. If problems persist, please contact your clinic's Implementation Specialist or email support@provet.com.
Why has my access expired?
Accounts are deactivated following 90 days of inactivity. If you require continued access, please have your clinic manager reach out to their Customer Success representative for a case-by-case review.
