[en] This article explains how to link documents or files from the Knowledge base to item cards. This allows you to attach and display relevant documentation, such as dosage instructions, directly within the item's details when adding it to a consultation.
[en] Attach Documents from the Knowledge Base
[en] To attach documentation from the Knowledge base to an item card:
[en] Add the file you want to use to your Knowledge base.
[en] Go to Catalogue > Items and find the item you want to edit.
[en] Select the Edit button.
[en] On the item card, in the General tab, find the Attached Files section.
[en] Select the Select Attached Files button to add a file from the Knowledge base.
[en] Save the item card.
[en] View Linked Documents in a Consultation
[en] When adding an item to a consultation, you can find the linked documentation in the item pop-up window:
[en] Select the Show Additional Information button. This displays the linked documents/files.
[en] You can also identify attached documentation when the item is added to a consultation by a documentation button next to the Edit button. Selecting this also opens the linked documentation.
