If Provet Pay no longer appears as a payment option when processing a payment, it is usually because the onboarding and verification process requires additional information. Until the verification is complete, Provet Pay is temporarily unavailable as a payment method.

How to resolve this

  1. Go to Settings > General > Integrations > Provet Pay.

  2. Open the Provet Pay management page.

  3. On the Dashboard, check for any pending verification requests or notifications.

  4. Select Continue process and provide the information or documents requested.

  5. Once the verification is complete, Provet Pay will automatically be available again as a payment method.

Common reasons for verification being required

  • A new bank document is needed.

  • The decision-maker information for your business has changed.

  • Your business information has changed, such as the company name, address, or ownership.
