You can generate a vaccination report in to view which patients have received vaccinations. This report lists patients who received items marked as 'vaccination' within a selected timeframe.
Note: This report lets you filter by disease, such as rabies, but not by veterinarian. To find vaccine items sold by a specific veterinarian, use the Items Sales report instead. There, you can filter by item (for example, a vaccination item) and by veterinarian.
To access the report: Go to Reporting > Reports > Vaccination Report.
On the Vaccination Report page, you can select the Show info button for a detailed explanation of the report and how to use its features.
You can also schedule this report for automatic, regular generation by selecting the Scheduled tab and adding a new scheduled report.
For easier analysis, export the report to an Excel file by selecting Export/Print.
Note: For the report to generate accurate data, all vaccination items must be marked as "vaccination" in their item settings. The report identifies medicines marked as vaccinations in the item settings at the time they were administered to the patient.
