You can link one or more diagnoses to specific catalog items. When a linked item is added during a consultation, the selected diagnosis will be applied automatically. This helps streamline workflows and ensures consistent documentation.

Add a Diagnosis to an Item

  1. Go to Catalog > Catalog management > Item diagnoses.

  2. Select Add.

  3. In the Create item diagnoses group dialogue:

    • In the Item field, search for and select the item.

    • In the Linked diagnoses field, search for and select one or more diagnoses.

  4. Select Save.

The diagnosis will now automatically apply when the selected item is used in a consultation.

You can link multiple diagnoses to different items. Item diagnoses can also be updated or removed at any time from the Item diagnoses page.

View Linked Diagnoses in a Consultation

When a diagnosis is linked to an item, a link icon appears next to the diagnosis name on the Consultation page. Hover over the symbol to view which item the diagnosis is linked to.
