To select a medicine type for medicine items:
Go to Catalog > Items.
Add a new medicine item or find and open the item you want to edit.
On the General tab, select the medicine type from the Classification drop-down list.
Select Save.
The medicine types listed in the following table are available.

POM-VPS | P rescription O nly M edicines - V et/ P harmacist/ S uitably Qualified Person | P rescription-only medicines prescribed by a veterinarian, pharmacist or a suitably qualified person |
