These instructions apply when you are logging in to the Provet mobile app for the first time. If you share a device with other users, see Switch users in the mobile app.
First-Time Login
Make sure the following settings are enabled in Provet:
Enable mobile app: Go to Settings > Organization settings and select the Enable mobile app checkbox.
Stock permissions: Go to Settings > General > Users > Permission Groups, click the button with three dots and select Permission settings. Make sure that the relevant permission group has Stock (Read/Write) enabled.
Once these settings are enabled, you can proceed with the steps to download the app and log in.
Select your username in the bottom left corner of the main navigation menu and select My profile.
Go to the Mobile app tab and select Android or iOS.
Select Login credentials and keep this screen open — you will need these credentials in step 5.
Download and open the Provet mobile app on your mobile device.
Enter your login credentials from step 3. On Android, you can scan the QR code instead: select Use QR instead and scan the QR code using your device camera.
Read and accept the Provet mobile app terms and conditions of use.
If you have permissions to multiple clinic locations, select a clinic location. You can later switch clinic locations in the mobile app when using the app.
Create a PIN code.
