To easily share internal documents and procedures with your team, you can use the built-in knowledge base in Provet. You can upload documents and files to your knowledge base, making them available to everyone.

Upload Content to the Knowledge Base

Note

You need administrator permissions to upload content to your clinic's knowledge base.

  1. Select your initials in the top right hand side corner and select Knowledge Base from the drop-down menu.

  2. Select Add a file or Add a folder. You can create multiple folders to organise your knowledge base or upload files without categorisation.

    Note

    The knowledge base is not clinic location specific. If you have multiple clinic locations in your Provet, it is recommended that you organise content in clinic location specific folders.

    • When adding a folder, give it a name. You can also add an optional description and create a parent folder for your new folder if needed.

    • To add a file, you can drag and drop it or browse to select a file. After adding the file, select Save and add an optional description and a folder for the file.

  3. Select Save.

Search and Filter Knowledge Base Content

To find specific content in your knowledge base, you can use the search field or the filters.
