This guide explains how to configure various discount settings in Provet, including managing user permissions, enabling client discounts, and setting up wholesale pricing for tagged clients.
User Permissions
To edit the discount settings, you need the required user permissions. The following setting controls the availability of the discount settings for user permission groups.

Enable Client Discounts
Settings > General > Clinic location settings:
Enable 'Show discount addition button on client pages' to display a button for adding discounts on the Billing tab of client pages. This button allows you to apply percentage-based discounts (%) to selected items. Fixed amount discounts are not supported through this button.
Sell Items at Wholesale Price to Selected Clients
Settings > Lists & Templates > Discounts > Discount settings:
In the Sell items at wholesale price for clients with tag field, add the discount tag you want to apply. A
All items, except procedures with no wholesaler price, are sold at the wholesale price to clients with this tag.
