You can check a patient's health plan usage and remaining benefits from several locations in Provet.
The health plan summary dialog provides a quick overview, showing the plan’s validity period, monthly fee, used and unused items, and payment details. You can also print plan details, send a summary email, or open the full plan page from this view.
The full plan details page includes all information from the summary view, along with additional details such as the contract length, cost and savings comparison, invoicing and compensation items, and management options such as editing renewal information, transferability, or cancelling the subscription.
View Health Plan Information and Details
You can view a patient’s health plan information and access full plan details from several areas of Provet, such as the patient page, dashboard, and consultation page.
Select the health plan heart icon on the patient's name row.
If the patient has multiple plans, select the plan you want to view from the drop-down list to open the health plan dialogue.

If needed, to access the full health plan subscription page, select Go to plan details.
Access the Full Health Plan Page
For more comprehensive information and additional actions, open the full health plan page. You can access it from the summary dialog, the patient page, or the Health plans page.
From the Patient Page:
On a patient page, go to the Patient details tab.
Scroll to the Health plan subscription section.
On the row for the relevant plan, select the eye icon.
From the Health Plan Page:
Go to Records > Health plan.
Search for the patient.
On the patient's row, select either the eye button to open the Health plan subscription page.
Select the Tools button in the right bottom corner to Edit renewal information, Edit transferability (only for multi-location clinics) or Cancel subscription.
