Create a Referring Organisation or Veterinarian

If you do not use the Provet Referral Portal to receive patient referrals from other clinics or hospitals, you can create referrals manually in Provet. Before you can create a referral, the referring organisation or veterinarian must be saved as a client in your Provet.

  1. Go to Clients & Patients and select New client in the top right-hand side corner of the page.

  2. Add the Organization name for a referring organisation or First name and Last name for a referring veterinarian.

  3. Select the Referring organization or Referring veterinarian option.

  4. Add other relevant client information.

  5. Select Save.
