View Unmatched Results
Laboratory results returned from an external laboratory with no original laboratory referral in Provet are listed in the Unmatched external laboratory results section on the Patient care > Laboratory page and on the Dashboard (when the laboratory widgets are in use).
Unmatched results are fetched automatically approximately every hour. You can also fetch unmatched results manually using the Fetch unmatched results button.
Connect Unmatched Results to a Patient and Consultation
Select the i button at the end of the result row to open an unmatched result.
Find and add the correct Patient.
Select the Target referral to connect the results to.
Select Save.
Delete Unmatched Results
To remove an unmatched result, select the trash bin button at the end of the result row and confirm. Note that deleting a result cannot be undone.
