Go to Dashboard in the left side panel. Under Recent consultations , select the stethoscope button at the end of the row to open the consultation page.

From the Custom view drop-down list, select the custom view mode you wish to use. The Consultation page shows the sections open, closed or hidden based on the <a href="https://ticketportal.provetcloud.com/en/articles/585608-create-a-custom-view-mode">settings defined for the selected custom view mode</a>.
