To remove a microchip number from a patient, select the patient's microchip icon anywhere it is available (for example, in the patient header row on the client and patient page, the appointment details dialogue, the dashboard, or the consultation page). Then select Not microchipped in the microchip dialogue.

You can also open the patient details for editing on the client and patient page and delete the microchip number from the Microchip id field.
