On the Patient details tab of the client and patient page, select the pen button next to the Patient details section title. The patient details editing page opens.
In the Microchip id field, add the new microchip number or change the existing number.
In the Date of microchip implantation field, you can add the implantation date. Depending on the settings, this may be required.
Select Save at the bottom of the page.
