You can find patients who have had a specific surgery or procedure using the Clients & Patients search or the Item sales report.
Use the Clients & Patients View
The Clients & Patients page includes an Extended search option that lets you filter patients based on the treatments they have received.
Go to Records > Clients & Patients.
Select the Extended search checkbox to view search options.
Use the following fields to filter the search:
Filter by Item: Select a specific procedure item (which includes surgeries).
Filter by Diagnosis: If the surgery is consistently linked to a specific diagnosis, you can filter the list using this field.

Use the Item Sales Report
The Item Sales Report can track the usage of specific procedures (items) and provide a list of patients who have had a surgery or procedure.
Go to Reports > Financial > Item sales.
Filter by Item to include only the relevant procedure or surgery.
Set other filters to narrow down your search as you would like it, for example, the time frame.
Select Generate report button.
