If you need to generate a report or get a list of clients or patients who have had an appointment or visited the clinic recently, you can use the Extended Search on the Clients & Patients page.
Select the filters depending on what you want to generate:
To get a list of clients and patients who have had at least one consultation within a specific timeframe, use the Consultation start date and Consultation end date filters.
To get a list of recently registered patients or patients registered within a specific timeframe, use the Registration date min' and Registration date max filters.
To get a list of clients and patients who have visited the clinic recently or within a specific timeframe, regardless of whether the visit was for an item purchase or a consultation, use the Last activity date min and Last activity date max filters.
