If you do not use the Pricing Tool but need to make changes to multiple items at the same time, you can bulk edit items in Provet. You can do this in Catalog > Items using the Actions option. You can change multiple item details at once, such as the purchase price, markup, selling price, rounding, VAT group, or item subgroup. Preview your changes before saving.
Select Catalog > Items.
Select the items you want to edit by selecting them in the list and then select Actions >Edit items from the pop-up menu.
Make the required changes, for example, edit the purchase price, markup, selling price percentage and rounding. You can also change the VAT group and item sub-group.
You can preview your changes by clicking the button in the bottom right corner.
When ready, select Save.
