If the patient's old health plan is in Provet, you can renew the health plan subscription on the patient's health plan subscription page. You can select the same or a different health plan to continue after the current subscription ends.

If the patient's old health plan is not in Provet, you can add a new subscription for the patient to a new health plan in Provet and then set the subscription to start after their old plan ends.
