You can report on health plans in three ways: list the clients and patients with active subscriptions, export payment details, and count how many health plans were sold in a period. The first two come from the Health plan page. The third uses the Item sales report.
View a List of Clients and Patients on Health Plans
You can find a list of all clients and patients with active health plan subscriptions on the Health plan page:
Go to Billing > Health plan.
Filter for active health plan subscriptions.
To export the list, mark the rows you want, then select Export/print > List of selected rows.
Export Health Plan Payment Information
To view and export payment details for specific health plans:
Go to Billing > Health plan.
Select the Payments tab at the top of the page.
Filter and mark the rows you want, then select Export/print > List of selected rows.
Track Health Plans Sold
To view a summary of health plans sold during a specific period, use the Item sales report:
Go to Reporting > Reports > Item sales.
In the Item filter, select the item configured as Item used for charging monthly payments in your health plan template. See Create a Health Plan for more information.
Set the date range and select Generate report.
The Quantity column shows the number of health plans sold in the selected period. For more information, see Generate an Item Sales Report.
