Patients who are on a health plan have a heart icon next to their name in the client and patient list and on various other pages. You can view your clinics health plan subscriptions on the Records > Health plan page (the page name may be different in your Provet).

The status of a health plan is indicated by the heart icon colour.

Note that the status of a health plan may not show depending on the integration used.
