In most cases when a payment cannot be located, the payment has been registered to a wrong client or an anonymous client in Provet.
You can try finding the payment on the Provet Pay management page: Go to Settings > Integrations > Provet Pay > and select Open management page. Read more about Provet Pay reports.
You can also try searching for the payment using the Provet payments report. You will need to know at least the payment time and amount.
