If you give the patients waking up in the ICU a secondary ICU location, you can show the patients using the Patient location filter in the screen settings: in the Filter by settings, select ICU for the Ward filter and your locations for the Patient location filter, using the condition 'or'. These settings will show all patients that either belong to the ICU ward or a selected location.
