Provet periodically fetches referrals sent through the Referral Portal, and the referrals may not show up immediately. A referral may take up to 1-2 minutes to show up in Provet.
If the referral still does not show, make sure that the correct clinic location was selected when sending the referral. Also, check how the referral list is sorted in Provet and whether any filters are selected that might exclude new referral from showing.
When a referral is picked up by Provet, the referral ID will also show up in the Referral Portal. This is an indication that the referral should also show in Provet.
