Bank holidays are automatically shown in the Provet appointment calendar. The displayed bank holidays are determined by your clinic's location country setting. Bank holidays are highlighted in green in the calendar view.
In addition, other holidays will be visible and marked in grey if the Settings > Clinic location > Calendar & scheduling options > Show only public holidays on calendar setting is disabled. Please note that changes to this setting may take up to 24 hours to take effect in the calendar.
For adding custom notes or reminders for specific days, you can use the 'day note' feature at the top of the day or week view. These notes are not visible in the monthly calendar view. Bank holidays (green) and other holidays (grey) are visible in all calendar views except the small preview window when navigating through the calendar.
