How do I view the changes made to an appointment?

To see if an appointment has been changed or edited, open the appointment details dialogue from the calendar and check when the appointment was last modified. For more detailed change information on what was changed, view the revision log in the settings.

Note

Viewing the logs in the settings may require specific user permissions.

To see if any updates or changes have been made to an appointment:

  • Open the appointment from the calendar. In the bottom right corner of the appointment details dialogue, you will see when the appointment was last modified and the user who edited it.

To see what was changed in the appointment:

  1. Go to Settings > Log > Revision log.

  2. Use the time and user filters to narrow down your search. For user, select the user shown in the appointment dialogue as the last modifier.

  3. From the Model drop-down list, select SchedulingEvent (for appointments).

  4. Select Search. The change entries are listed below. If there are multiple rows, the ID indicates which object they are related to.

  5. Select the eye button at the end of the row to view the changes. Changes are highlighted in yellow and the current information is shown in green.
