This page explains how to recover appointments which seem to disappear when you accidentally delete a user, resource, or shift. Even after deleting, you can find these missing appointments on the dashboard by using the filters and search.

If you accidentally delete a user or resource with booked appointments, you can still find all scheduled appointments on your dashboard in the Scheduled appointments section.

For example, to find upcoming appointments for a resource that you mistakenly deleted, go to the dashboard and scroll down to the Scheduled appointments section. Then use the search field or filters, or browse the appointments to find the missing bookings.

If you accidentally deleted a shift with bookings, simply uncheck the Only users with shifts box in the filter option on the left-hand side of the calendar. Then select the checkbox for the user or resource whose shift you deleted.
