This is a troubleshooting article about two-factor authentication (2FA) for Provet user account login.
Sometimes the text message takes a moment to arrive. Allow up to one minute for the text message to arrive.
If the message still has not arrived, click Send new code to get a new code.
If you receive multiple messages by mistake, enter the code from the last message.
Check that your phone number is correct in your Provet profile details (click the drop-down arrow next to your user name and select User Profile). If you cannot access your personal details, contact your Provet administrator.
The Provet account you are trying to access may not have enough SMS budget. Ask your Provet account administrator to check your account’s SMS budget from Settings > Subscription > Provet subscription.
