This is a troubleshooting article about two-factor authentication (2FA) for Provet user account login.

  • Sometimes the text message takes a moment to arrive. Allow up to one minute for the text message to arrive.

  • If the message still has not arrived, click Send new code to get a new code.

  • If you receive multiple messages by mistake, enter the code from the last message.

  • Check that your phone number is correct in your Provet profile details (click the drop-down arrow next to your user name and select User Profile). If you cannot access your personal details, contact your Provet administrator.

  • The Provet account you are trying to access may not have enough SMS budget. Ask your Provet account administrator to check your account’s SMS budget from Settings > Subscription > Provet subscription.
