Yes, you can save filters for tables on the dashboard. Select the cogwheel button in the filter bar above a table to save your filters for that table.
Set Your Default Filters
In a dashboard table, select the filter options you want to use.
Select the cogwheel button.
Select Save filters.
Provet applies these filters automatically the next time you open the dashboard.
The cogwheel button menu also includes these options:
Refresh table: Reload the table with the latest data.
Reset filters: Clear your filters and return to the default view.
Hide filters: Hide the filter bar without changing your saved filters.
Filter Options You Can Save
You can customize filter options on the dashboard tables, though the exact options may vary by table. For example:
Per page: Select how many records to show per page, for example, 10, 20, or 50.
Staff: Select whose appointments or consultations to view. You can select yourself, specific users, or all staff.
Consultation status: Filter appointments by consultation status, for example, Draft, Checked in, or Ready for discharge.
Appointment status: Filter appointments by appointment status. For example, show only upcoming appointments.
Filter field: Use the Filter field for one-time, specific searches. You can save a search term as part of your default filters, but the Filter field usually works better for quick, one-off searches.
Species: Select a specific species, or view all species.
Columns: Select Columns to choose which columns to show in the list.
Fix Missing Information
If information is missing from a dashboard table, check your filters. Your default settings may be hiding that information.
Change filters: Adjust your filters at any time.
Reset or hide filters: Select the cogwheel button to reset your filters to the default settings, or to hide them.
Use Default Filters on Other Pages
The cogwheel button is available on other pages in Provet too, wherever a table supports filters. Use the cogwheel button to save your default filters for those tables as well.
