Yes, you can customize your Provet dashboard by setting your preferred filters as defaults. In this way, you can tailor your view to show the information you need every time you log in.
Set and Manage Your Default Filters
To save your current dashboard filter settings as your default view, select your filter options and select the wrench tool button > Save filters. The same selections are then applied the next time you view the dashboard.
For example, you can customize the following filter options on the dashboard:
Records per page: From the drop-down list, select how many records you want to show per page (for example, 10, 20, 50, or more).
Select the personnel whose appointments you want to view. For example, you can select only yourself, multiple users, or all personnel.
Recent consultations: Select the filters to view appointments based on their current consultation status.
Scheduled appointments: Select the filters to view appointments based on their current appointment status, for example, only upcoming appointments.
Search fields: Use the search fields for quick, specific searches. Although saving search terms in the default filters is possible, it is typically more practical for immediate data retrieval.
Species: You can select a specific species to view or view all species.
Column visibility: From the Columns button, you can select which columns you want to include in the list.
If you find that you are missing information on the dashboard, check your filters. It is possible that your default settings are hiding some information.
Change filters: You can adjust your filters at any time.
Reset or hide filters: Use the wrench tool button to reset your filters to the default settings or hide them altogether.
The wrench tool button is available throughout Provet on other pages as well for saving your default filters for the pages.
